The M17S only works in FH5 mode, which guarantees the fastest transmission rates between transmitter and receiver. All "old" Sanwa FH3 and FH4 receivers are no longer supported by the new M17S. The M17S is Sanwa's way into the future!

The M17S is updated to "FH5U" mode which transfers twice the amount of data compared to FH5. This gives a smoother operation and faster response to be compatible with SXR mode.
