Following eight months of rigorous testing, we are delighted to unveil our groundbreaking MR105-ZZS bearings, which have been meticulously designed and developed for the Clutch Bell.
These are not just commercial products, but true innovations created to deliver extraordinary performance in the R/C world.
Every detail has been designed to optimise performance and durability: the inner diameter has been reduced to provide an exact fit with the crankshaft with minimal tolerance, thus avoiding damage to the DLC coating.
The outer diameter has also been calibrated with ultra-precise tolerances to ensure a perfect fit with the Clutch Bell.
The result? Reduced play, an enhanced clutch feel and reduced wear on the Clutch Bell and Crown Gear, as well as an extended clutch shoe lifespan.
Every detail of our MR105-ZZS bearing is the result of months of research and development and field testing, offering not just a product, but a genuine game-changer in R/C performance.
While we prefer not to go into too much technical detail (such as materials, internal play, lubricants and fill volume), we can guarantee that our bearings have an impressive lifespan of 7.5 litres (approximately 2 gallons) under normal use. In dusty or muddy conditions, this will be reduced to around 4 litres (about 1 gallon).

We recommend leaving an axial clearance of 0.2 mm to compensate for thermal expansion.
The bearings should only be cleaned with a dry cloth, focusing on the outer shields to remove dirt. No further action is required.
Important notice: Washing the bearing or adding oil is strongly discouraged, as this could remove the internal grease and reduce the bearing's lifespan.
